1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the iee com platform, including the website at ieecom.app and the iee com mobile application. They apply to all products on the platform: sports betting, live casino, game lobby, bingo, and any other products or features made available now or in the future.

By creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement with iee com under these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK) and are the definitive version. iee com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the iee com platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person acting in your own capacity, not on behalf of another individual.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering.
• Not be excluded from the platform through a self-exclusion request currently in effect.
• Access the platform for personal entertainment only, not for professional or commercial purposes.

iee com may request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in your account being restricted or closed. Any winnings or balances in an unverified account that cannot be confirmed may be withheld pending verification.

3 Accounts

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on the iee com platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — is a breach of these terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them will be forfeited without notice.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account. Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential. You must not share your account with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact iee com support immediately.

iee com will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support.

Account registration requires a valid email address and accurate personal details. iee com may periodically request confirmation that your details remain current. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on iee com are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These amounts may vary by payment method and by your current VIP tier.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. iee com reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bronze: Standard queue — up to 3 business days.
• Silver: Prioritised — up to 2 business days.
• Gold: Up to 1 business day.
• Platinum: Same-day processing in most cases.
• Diamond: Same-day PKR withdrawal as a guaranteed standard.

iee com does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. It is your responsibility to check with your payment provider.

Deposits made using bonus funds, third-party accounts, or payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and the deposit returned. Do not use payment methods that do not belong to you.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

iee com offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to the account holder only and cannot be transferred.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• iee com reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it determines the offer has been abused or claimed in bad faith.
• Creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently banned.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.

iee com may change, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for entertainment purposes and do not constitute a guaranteed income stream.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on iee com are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

General betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered.
• iee com reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds has occurred, including manifestly incorrect pricing.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time conditions and may be suspended or refused at any time.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed in the bet slip.
• Bets placed on suspended or closed markets will be voided and stakes returned.

Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and ODI series — are among the most actively traded on iee com. iee com does not accept bets from individuals who have access to non-public information about an event. Placing bets with insider knowledge is a breach of these terms and any winnings from such bets will be forfeited.

7 Casino and Games

The iee com game lobby, live casino, and bingo products are provided for entertainment purposes. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or by live dealers operating under established casino procedures.

iee com does not guarantee any particular outcome, return rate, or winning frequency for any game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a very large number of rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns in any individual session.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed at the live table. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. iee com is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

Demo mode is available on most game lobby titles. Demo play uses virtual credits only and does not involve real PKR. Winnings accumulated in demo mode cannot be transferred to a real-money balance.

8 VIP Programme

The iee com VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Every registered account is enrolled at Bronze tier automatically upon registration. Progression through tiers is based on activity points earned through real-money play across eligible platform products.

VIP tier benefits include improved withdrawal processing speeds, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, enhanced bonus allocations, and dedicated account manager access at Platinum and Diamond tiers. Full details of each tier's benefits are published on the VIP page.

iee com reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits, tier thresholds, and the overall structure of the VIP programme at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme in advance where reasonably practicable.

VIP points and tier status are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account. Tier status may be reviewed periodically based on account activity levels.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the iee com platform. Breach of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and a permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an error must be reported and will be voided.
• Coordinated betting between multiple accounts — commonly known as match betting or bonus hunting across multiple accounts — to systematically extract bonus value.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are linked to fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financially fraudulent purpose.
• Accessing your account or placing bets while subject to a self-exclusion period.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing iee com support staff or other users through any platform communication channel.

10 Privacy and Data

iee com collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify identities, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with applicable obligations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data iee com holds about you by contacting support.

11 Responsible Gaming

iee com is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for adult players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all available directly from your account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Account Termination

You may request closure of your iee com account at any time by contacting support. Before an account can be closed, all pending bets must be settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests must be processed. Real-money balances remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification.

iee com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it determines that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, if fraudulent or prohibited activity is suspected, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed breach, iee com may forfeit balances without compensation.

13 Limitation of Liability

iee com provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, iee com is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Losses resulting from your own decisions to place bets or play games.
• Data loss or corruption caused by circumstances outside iee com's direct control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14 Changes to These Terms

iee com may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform or by email where reasonably practicable. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the iee com platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
